No Returns

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on any products purchased from KASVII N YADAV.

Size Exchange & Alterations

We offer size-related assistance only. If your outfit requires a size adjustment, you may request a size exchange or alteration, subject to availability and assessment by our team.

Please note the following conditions:

• Size-related requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Exchanges are permitted strictly for size-related reasons and for the original outfit purchased.

• We do not offer exchanges for a different outfit, suit, design, colour, or any other article.

• All size-related requests are subject to approval by our team.

• The outfit must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Size Change

To initiate a size-related request, please contact our customer support team within the stipulated timeframe, providing your order details and the required size adjustment.

Refund Policy

All purchases are strictly non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order and are subject to approval by Kasvii N Yadav. Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund, with applicable payment gateway charges deducted from the refund amount. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, as our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order. Once an order enters production or is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
